Applying Your Contact Lenses

Wash your hands and dry them thoroughly.

To avoid getting your lenses mixed up, always apply (or remove) your lenses, one at a time, in the same order.
For example, remove your LEFT lens from the storage case and ALWAYS work from left to right.

Rinse your lens with solution to remove any trace of debris.

Place the lens on the tip of your index finger.

Using your other hand, hold your upper lid to reduce blinking.

Pull down your lower eyelid, using your applying hand.

Look up at the ceiling and place the lens gently on the lower white part of your eye.

Slowly release your eyelid and close your eye for a moment.

Blink several times to center the lens on your eye.

If your lens feels uncomfortable, remove it and inspect if for damage. If it’s damaged, discard it. Otherwise, rinse with more solution and reapply.

Apply your right lens following the same procedure.
